From field to fork....
Around the Cairngorms we are very lucky to have some fantastic farm shops and butchers. Rothiemurchus Farm shop pictured has a working farm, where they butcher their own beef and venison on site from their own Highland cattle and Red deer. You can find a Farm shop in Nethy Bridge and at Crathie, and butcher's in Kingussie, Grantown on Spey, Ballater and Braemar.
You can also enjoy a visit to the Ballater Farmers Market every 4th Saturday of the month, April - November. Grantown on Spey also has the Cairngorms Farmers Market monthly throughout the Spring and Summer months.
