Situated beside a small loch, the cottages, Hill View, Lochside and The Croft, have spectacular views of the Cairngorm Mountains.
Hill View is a spacious bungalow located on the farm in its own grounds.
It has a comfortable sitting room with wood-burning stove, 3 bedrooms (sleeping up to 6), a dining room, kitchen and shower room.
Lochside Cottage, set in its own grounds, stands about 20 metres from the shores of the loch.
It has a relaxing open-plan area with wood-burning stove and adjacent kitchen/dining area.
There are 2 bedrooms (sleeping up to 4) and a shower room.
The Croft is a traditional stone built house with three bedrooms (sleeping up to 5).
There is a sitting room with wood-burning stove, dining room, shower room and kitchen.
Close to the loch with views across the fields to the mountains.
The loch is home to many birds including the Ospreys which nest at nearby Loch Garten and regularly frequent Avielochan as a popular meal stop.
Golden Eye and Slavonian Grebes have been spotted here too.
On our farm we have a herd of Aberdeen Angus and Shorthorn cows.

Nestled just 2 miles north of Aviemore on the A95, Avielochan Cottages offer a prime location, providing convenient access to Aviemore’s amenities with the luxury of escaping to the countryside for peace and tranquility. If travelling by bus, the most convenient stop is at Aviemore Train Station. A taxi rank is adjacent to the bus stop. If travelling by train, the nearest and most convenient train station is in Aviemore. If travelling by air, Inverness Airport is about a 45-minute drive away.
