Cairngorm Brewery

Cairngorm Brewery was founded in 2001 based in Aviemore at the north end of the village.  Now a 20 barrel brewery producing a range of multi award winning ales each day.  Well known brands such as Trade Winds, Black Gold, Wildcat and Cairngorm Gold are available in cask, keg and bottles.  Our range of beers offer something for everyone from a rich dark stout to Cairngorm Lager.

We are very proud of our team for producing award winning beers. The brewery, overlooks the snow covered peaks of the Cairngorm and Monadhliath mountains, and has a small shop where you can buy a selections of bottles, 5 litre party barrels alongside merchandise and other local  products such as gins, whiskies  and Thistly Cross cider. We recently refurbished our shop to create space for our Tap Room serving draught beer for you to enjoy on the premises.

If you are undecided on what beers you would like to try, then we can offer a tasting paddle.

This allows you to choose 3 half pints of your choice. To complement our range of ales and craft beers we offer a selection of Scottish gins, whisky, vodka & rum.

If these are not to your taste why not try our selection wines and prosecco. Tastings can be arranged for larger groups.

How to find us

Cairngorm Brewery is at the north end of the village and It takes 30 minutes to talk from Aviemore Railway Station. Taxis are readily available at the taxi rank. The nearest bus stop to the north of Aviemore on the Main Street is just before the right hand turn off to Dalfaber Golf and Country Club and then a short walk, past the Co-op to Dalfaber Industrial Estate.
