Sundowner Cottage enjoys a peaceful, secluded setting beside the historic Ruthven Barracks, on the edge of the beautiful RSPB Insh Marshes Nature Reserve in the Cairngorms National Park. Just one mile from Kingussie and only 200 metres from the Speyside Way, it is perfectly positioned for walking, cycling, wildlife watching and exploring the stunning Highland scenery. The nearby town of Kingussie offers shops, cafés, restaurants and excellent rail and bus connections, while Aviemore and the wider Cairngorms National Park are within easy reach.
