Braemar Caravan Park Lodges/Hoosies

New Self Catering Holiday Lodges/Hoosies We’re delighted to be adding six new two-bedroom holiday lodges in a new development and extension to the existing caravan park.

Four of our lodges are available to book on our website from Wednesday the 7th of October 2026 with arrival dates from Friday the 4th of December 2026. Each lodge/Hoosie has been well insulated and has one double bedroom and one twin bedroom, along with a shower room containing a large shower, toilet and washbasin, a well equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer and dishwasher and open plan to dining and sitting area – making them ideal for families, couples and small groups wishing a self catering break in Royal Deeside.

Each lodge is supplied with fibre broadband. Each lodge is fitted with modern controllable electric radiators throughout. We are suitable for outdoor enthusiasts with walking and biking trails, fishing, golf and skiing on our doorstep, or simply for a great relaxing break.

1 of our lodges will be pet free and 3 of our lodges are all pet friendly. The remaining two lodges will be added to the booking system in the future, which will then complete the new development..

How to find us

Braemar & Invercauld Estate are located 1.5hrs west of Aberdeen and 1.5hrs north of Perth, along the A93. Braemar is located a 10 minute drive from Balmoral Castle. The village of Braemar is a short 10 minute walk from the location of the lodges within Braemar Caravan Park and has dog friendly cafes , hotels and bars as well a small supermarket.
