Toast Sauna

Toast is our hand-built, crofter chic electric sauna, tucked quietly beside the burn just outside Nethy Bridge.

Clean-lined, simple, and deeply grounding, it’s a place to retreat, warm through, and let the outside world gently fade away. Step inside, feel the heat build, and allow your shoulders to drop as the stresses of the day soften.

Gently toast yourself, splash off with a cold bucket of water, and then wander home with that light, floaty feeling, calm, clear, and deeply restored. This is a wonderfully unhurried, help-yourself experience.

Simply pop round about an hour before you’d like to use the sauna to switch it on, then return when it’s ready and waiting for you.

No schedules, no pressure, just time, warmth, and space to breathe. Whether it’s part of a winter escape or a quiet moment after a long forest walk, Toast is an invitation to slow down, reconnect with your body, and truly retreat into The Lazy Duck way of being..
