Dalraddy Holiday Park

Open all year, Dalraddy Holiday Park spans 39 hectares of birch forest and former heather moorland, offering a peaceful atmosphere with spectacular views of the Cairngorm Mountains.

Its central location is close to the River Spey, Loch Alvie, Loch Insh, and just 3 miles south of Aviemore. Accommodation: The park offers a range of accommodation options, including static holiday caravans, wooden chalets, and a country cabin.

We also have pitches suitable for touring caravans, motorhomes, and tents, making it one of the larger caravan and camping sites in the area. Onsite Facilities: Fresh water, electric hook-ups, a launderette, chemical disposal point, grey waste disposal area, toilets, and showers (heated by our estate woodchips) are all available.

There’s also a children’s play park, a cozy yurt with a wood-burning stove, and takeaway food options.

The licensed shop sells estate meat and other local produce. Activities: Guests can enjoy an array of activities on the Alvie and Dalraddy Estates, including quad treks, archery, trampolines, a zip wire park, horse riding, fishing, gorge walking, paintball, bushcraft survival courses, clay pigeon shooting, and wildlife photography/feeding (such as stag and red squirrel photography in winter)..
