The space Our wee home is on a quiet street in Aviemore, close to the Speyside Way walking route and Spey Valley golf course. This modern one bedroom bungalow is perfect for a couples getaway, with lots of activities to do locally; from exploring the mountains, fishing or canoeing the River Spey, enjoying the forestry walks and in winter, enjoying snow sports on Cairngorm Mountain. The property has off-road parking at the front and a back garden with decking to enjoy in the warmer months. The living room has a lovely wood-burning stove to keep you cosy on those cooler days & winter evenings, with a three-seater sofa bed on which to sit and relax. The bathroom has a nice walk-in shower. We hope you will enjoy staying at Caledonia for whatever adventures you plan to do in the beautiful Badenoch and Strathspey area. Guest access You have access to the house and the garden area.

How to find us
Our wee home has space for two cars to park. However, to get around our beautiful national park, I would recommend bringing a bike or renting a bike as the trails in and around Aviemore are beautiful and perfect to be done on two wheels. You are just a few minutes walk away from the Cairngorm Brewery, where we can recommend their brewery tour. Also close to the brewery is Route 7 Cafe, which is great for brunch and lunch. It’s just off the Route 7 cycle route hence the name. It is located in the Highland Home Centre.
