The cottage is set in spacious grounds, with a gate giving direct access to the woodland walkways of Boat of Garten.

Boat of Garten village, with restaurants, cafés and shops, is a short walk down Kinchurdy Road, which is part of the Speyside Way. It is ideal for those who want to explore the woods and surrounding area on foot or by bike. You can also enjoy fishing, golf, birdwatching and a host of winter sports when the weather is right.
