A ground floor King size room with en-suite bathroom which is also DDA compliant, 2 further Super king bedrooms upstairs (one with en-suite) and the one without en-suite can also be split into 2 single beds if required and then the fourth bedroom sleeping 3 children with bunk beds and a pull out bed.
