Our 5 self catering luxury forest lodges (Double & Twin room) are set in the heart of a Scots pine forest overlooking a beautiful tranquil lochan.

Located in the heart of Royal Deeside on the eastern edge of the Cairngorm National Park these forest lodges make the ideal base to explore the spectacular surrounding countryside. Royal Deeside in the Cairngorms National Park is home to a wide range of outdoor activities, attractions and trails. The nearby Tarland Trails is a must for any mountain bike thrill seekers, whilst walks along the The Deeside Way and Castle Trails offer more gentle outdoor experiences. We like to welcome our guests into their lodge on arrival and even have a roaring fire ready for you if you wish.

There is no office on-site so we kindly ask that you telephone your host 24 hours in advance with your anticipated time of arrival.

How to find us

Our Cairngorm Lodges are situated near the small village of Logie Coldstone in Royal Deeside. Coming by car we are under 15 minutes from the Burn O"vat in the Muir of Dinnet Nature Reserve and approx 15 mins from Tarland home of the 2 mountain bike trails. Simply follow the Cairngorm Lodges brown VisitScotland road signs from Dinnet on the North Deeside Road and turn right just before the village of Logie Coldstone.
