Balneden Steading is a stunning, contemporary barn conversion situated high up on a hill with panoramic views across the picturesque Glenlivet Estate.
Situated just off the Snow Roads on the quieter side of the Cairngorms National Park, our 3 spacious 1 and 2 bedroom cottages offer a warm welcome for everyone looking to relax and unwind.
The Mill and The Grain Store each sleep 4, whilst The Cattle Shed sleeps 2.
Each cottage features underfloor heating, a wood-burning stove, double-height vaulted ceilings with exposed beams and bedrooms with sumptuous mattresses, wool bedding and Fairtrade, organic cotton linen.
The bathroom In The Mill features a large shower and separate bath, with wet-rooms in the other 2 cottages.
Well behaved dogs are welcome, as are cyclists, skiers and walkers, with secure bike/equipment storage, a laundry and dehumidified drying room.
Each cottage has an EPC rating of C and our STL Licence # is 23/01024/STLSL (provisional)..
Opening Times
Open all year including Christmas and Hogmanay. Short breaks available in The Cattle Shed and The Grain Store all year.
