They are only 5 mins walk to Aviemore village centre along a footpath, in a very quiet area with amazing views of the Cairngorm mountain range.

We have 2 bedroom and 1 bedroom cottages, bright & modern, with fully enclosed gardens, secure sheds for storage, driveway parking & BBQs.
Walk or cycle from the door and within minutes you can be enjoying the outdoors of the Cairngorms National Park.
The cafes, restaurants, shops and bars in Aviemore are all only a very short walk away.
The location gives you the best of both worlds! Blaeberry Cottage, Manuka Cottage & Silver Birch Cottage are two bedroom, two bathroom semi-detached cottages, sleeping up to 4 and 5.
Calluna Cottage is a one bedroom semi-detached cottage with an incredible view sleeping up to 4.
We accept pets in some of our properties by prior arrangement.
If you’re looking for a larger property or you may want to holiday with family or friends, but have your own space, then our cottages can be booked together.
