Ballater is in the heart of Royal Deeside and the Cairngorms National Park, making The Auld Kirk an ideal base for exploring the surrounding countryside, Balmoral and the many walks and attractions in the area. The centre of Ballater is just a short walk away. By car: From Aberdeen, follow the A93 west through Royal Deeside towards Ballater. On entering Ballater, continue along Braemar Road; The Auld Kirk is on the western edge of the village, on the A93 towards Braemar.
