We look forward to welcoming our visitors back in 2022. In celebration of Tomintoul & Glenlivet being awarded International Dark Sky Association Dark Sky Park status we have a brand new exhibition which features Augmented and Virtual Reality exhibits which allows you to explore some of the wonders of our universe including the aurora borealis and familiar constellations prominent in our night sky. Also new for 2022 is our Digital Archive which features images and sound recordings collected by volunteers during a three-year project.
Visitors are encouraged to immerse themselves in bygone times when illicit stills and labour-intensive agriculture dominated the area. We are here to provide visitors with a modern interpretation of our communities natural and cultural heritage and be the first port of call for visitor information and advice.
Free WiFi, light refreshments, customer toilets, friendly advice. .
