When is this event?
You are warmly invited to an informal get-together at Kincraig Community Hall with local musician and composer Hamish Napier to learn about the new #badenochthestorylands App and explore all it has to offer, and a welcome chance to catch up with friends old and new.
Entry is free and all are welcome – and with a little encouragement maybe Hamish will play a tune! We’d love to welcome visitors as well as locals so please do spread the word.
The Badenoch The Storylands App is a new self-guided touring aid, showcasing the very best that local heritage has to offer.

Registration Fee:

This year the exciting opportunity to take a ride in the traditional steam train is reserved for top fundraisers! All participants are encouraged to raise a target of just £100 to support DSUK’s work for disabled communities across the UK. Everyone who reached their target by the event date will be taken on the steam train, from Aviemore to Boat of Garten to start the race.
We are aware that many of our runners are travelling to Aviemore. Our friends at Cairngorm Hotel have generously agreed to offer 10% discount to participants of Race the Trainif you book directly through their website. Be quick, as this is on first comefirst served basis!
