With last year’s Dell Market being such a huge success, we just can’t wait for the next one. Another chance to bring together the wonderful assortment of crafters, artists and food and drink producers from our local area.

Here at The Dell we aspire to be as sustainable and environmentally friendly as possible and so we have put together a group of like minded traders to showcase their fantastic products.

There will be a little bit of something for everyone. As well as bagging a beauty and being inspired by the creativity around you, you can hang out under the trees listening to music, watch demonstrations from local green woodworkers and fill up your bellies on food and drink.

Supporting local business owners has never been so important, so we hope you can join us and spread the word.

The Cairngorms Trust is hosting its first event to celebrate and share the stories of the variety of projects supported. By sharing their stories we’re looking to attract more donations to support more community-led projects this year.

Throughout the afternoon you’ll hear from a project that connects with the four key areas that the Cairngorms Trust supports.
🌱 Nature Project
🌱 Infrastructure Project
🌱 Youth Local Action Group recipient
🌱 Community Led Local Development

The projects will share what they have achieved and what they included in their funding application to be successful in securing funds to implement their vision.

And we’ll hear from our own Cairngorms Active E-Bikes Project and the progress this is making to make active travel more accessible across Badenoch & Strathspey.

Nancy Chambers, Trust Manager will also share about future funds to look out for and an update on the future vision for the Cairngorms Trust.

The event is open to all projects supported by the Trust, supporters, fundraisers and communities.

Join us in Boat of Garten to celebrate ecological restoration in the Cairngorms on the big screen.

From 6pm, we’ll enjoy a delicious meal featuring Cairngorms Connect Venison (and a vegan option), before settling down to watch an extra special ‘Wild Isles’ episode together.

Following the screening, there’ll be a panel discussion with a chance for the audience to ask questions.

The panel discussion and audience Q&A, will feature Laura Howard and Chris Howard, Silverback producers who worked on the Wild Isles series, and Cairngorms Connect contributors.

This event is free, but please reserve your space so we make sure we have enough food, drink and seats for everyone!

Boat of Garten Community Hall is fully wheelchair accessible, and has accessible toilets and baby changing facilities on-site.
