Start by decorating your very own pumpkin pal before heading up to our archery range to use him as your terrifying target! Our ghostly hosts will be on hand to help you master your aim with a bow and arrow.

Afterwards, you’ll be treated to a roaring bonfire that’s perfect for toasting some tasty marshmallow treats and sipping on a warm chocolate drink. The Cairngorms are home to a whole host of frightening folklore tales that are perfect for some spooky storytelling!

Once you’re fuelled and ready for warfare, we’ll get you kitted up to take on BattleZone Laser Tag! You and your troops will be needed for our digital zombie shoot-off using infra-red technology guns.

As the nights begin to draw in, join us for a special evening of yoga and nature connection at the gorgeous Kinrara House

We will begin our evening in the beautiful grounds of Kinrara estate, walking through woodland and up to the Duke of Gordon viewpoint looking over the Cairngorm mountains. Led by a local wildlife guide, we will learn more about the land we are walking through and looking at, and what Cairngorms Connect is doing to protect and restore it.

As darkness begins to fall, we will return to cosy Kinrara House for a candle-lit yoga session, led by local yoga instructor Jo of Wilderness Flow Yoga, who will guide us through a dynamic yoga flow, suitable for beginners.

To round off the evening we will share a delicious meal of Cairngorms Connect venison, prepared by The Pagoda. This local, sustainable source of meat is an important part of the habitat restoration story, and gives us another way to connect with the land we are in. (A vegetarian/vegan option will also be available.)

Booking is essential.

The DSUK Race the Train in association with Cairngorm Runners is back for 2022 and it is full steam ahead!

Join us in the 7Km trail run, to race to the finish against the Strathspey Railway steam train from Boat of Garten along the Speyside Way to Aviemore. Much of the race, especially the second half, runs by the railway track, if you hear the train coming you’d better stoke your engine and sprint for the finish!

Whether you have been a runner your whole life or just starting out, taking part in Race the Train for DSUK is a fantastic opportunity to test your progress while competing not only with your fellow runners, but with the traditional Highland steam train all while supporting Disability Snowsports UK.

The DSUK Race the Train event is a wonderful team-building event or an enjoyable challenge for the solo runner. It also promises to be a wonderful day out for spectators too, find a spot-on route and cheer the runners.

WOMEN’S CUP FINALS DAY 🏒⚾️🏆🏆⚾️🏒
Here’s the details you have all been waiting for……..
Here at The Women’s Camanachd Association, we understand that times are hard for many families & money is tight. We, as a volunteer organisation, also feel it so we want to make Women’s Shinty big day out accessible to all.

Therefore, we are keeping gate prices low and affordable.
We also have an all inclusive wrist band for kids activities so you don’t need to keep dipping into your pocket.

This will hopefully enable many more people to enjoy a shinty day out, bigger crowds to support and celebrate the amazing females of our game 🥰, and allow us to keep on spreading a little happiness and positivity in these tough times.

We can’t wait to see you all there! 💜💚💜
