If you’re looking to add a sprinkle of adventure to your Easter celebrations, Cairngorms Activities’ Easter Adventure Trail ticks all the boxes!

They’ll kick off the day with some easter-themed archery games on the range where you’ll compete against one another to win a tasty chocolate egg trophy! Then after a fun-filled Easter egg hunt around their activity center, you’ll head to the BattleZone for some laser tag with an Easter twist!

You’ll want to avoid putting all your eggs in one basket though, as careful planning and team tactics will be required for you and your team to come out victorious on the battlefield.

When it comes to the mission objectives… Let’s just say the hunt for the Easter bunny is on!

See the Cairngorms Activities website for available dates and times throughout the Easter Holidays.

THE MOST BEAUTIFUL RUN IN SCOTLAND

The beautiful landscape of the Cairngorms National Park has to be experienced, and there are few events that take you on such a breath-taking journey as the Glenlivet 10K!

This April, put on your trainers and stride out for Chest Heart & Stroke Scotland at this iconic road race.

You will be joining like-minded people and making friends along the way, at the same time as making sure people with chest, heart and stroke conditions get the support they need to live life to the full.

Set in the stunning landscape of the Glenlivet Crown Estate, the Glenlivet 10K has been nominated as the ‘most beautiful run in Scotland’ in the UK Running Awards.

The spectacular route follows quiet country roads that meander around the River Livet, passing ancient castles and offering amazing views of this secret glen.

The event’s start and finish and all facilities are based at the wonderful Glenlivet Distillery, and the course is suitable for runners and joggers of all abilities.

Run Balmoral has races for children, a range of distances, a duathlon and even a corporate team option – as iconic as its location, this event has something everyone can get stuck into.

Check out the website for all of the event information.
