Come along to Heels over Head on Thursdays from 6-7pm

This low impact class focuses on toning and stretching the whole body. It’s set up for all ages and abilities so you can be as gentle as you like or push yourself to feel the burn. 🔥

What do you need for this class? A ball, a yoga mat some water and a good sense of humour. (You can buy the ball relatively cheaply online)
