Singer, composer, songwriter, multi-instrumentalist Siobhan Wilson grew up in Elgin. A trained cellist, singer, composer and pianist from St Mary’s Music School of Edinburgh, Siobhan has 15 years of international studio production experience including in New York, Paris, Budapest and Scotland. After a 5 year stay in Paris, France, she returned to Scotland where she is currently scoring her first short film recording with string orchestra.
Her performance is truly mesmirisng and she can silence a room with a mere whisper. She’s recently had great acclaim and her album ‘There are no saints’ was shortlised for Scottish Album of the year.
We are delighted to host her at the Dell for a full gig on the Friday night followed by a serene, acoustic supper club on the Saturday night.
Our Supper club is an incredibly intimate experience with a four course menu sourced as much as we can from the woods and gardens around the Dell. Think long tables, new friends, warm atmosphere, fire blazing and some really special acoustic interludes.

The Spirit of Speyside team, fresh from delivering a record-breaking Whisky Festival in April are bringing another fantastic event to the sampling table with Distilled: Food & Drink 2023.
Taking place 1st and 2nd of September at Elgin Town Hall, the annual event will once again unite Speyside’s best whisky distillers under one roof for a weekend, celebrating the flavour of the region that is home to over half of Scotland’s distilleries with best-selling brands participating alongside small, craft producers.
For those with a palate for other spirits, the event also plays host to many innovative new gin and vodka distillers as well as superior craft breweries. Guests will have a chance to sample the best local drams while learning from master distillers, sip creative cocktails and enjoy Speyside’s growing food scene.
Every Thursday from 9pm, come and join us for a lively ceilidh band from Inverness and Speyside. The band has played throughout the UK and Europe, whilst having residencies in Aviemore – which has allowed them to flourish and build a great repertoire of entertaining material. Weaving together traditional ceilidh music with funk, ska beats and anything in between.
