This series of banquet dinners will showcase the culinary talents of Strathspey. Tonight’s dinner is cooked by Jon Wood, a private chef who also runs Grantown Diner.

Jon’s menu includes roast quail, 72hr pork belly and rosemary buttermilk pannacotta.

Booking is essential.

This series of banquet dinners will showcase the culinary talent of Strathspey, with each chef cooking four courses of brilliant food.

Tonight’s dinner is cooked by Lucy Huntley, of the Speyside Hotel. Her menu features scallops and lentil dhal, individual venison pies and a cardamom rice pudding.

Booking is essential for every event.

Burns Night celebration with comperes David Nisbet & Ewan MacGregor doing the formalities and frivolities. A 3-course meal with haggis will be served at 7.30pm after you have bought your drinks from the bar.

Lyall Kinnaird is the piper and Burns’ songs will be performed by Stuart Anderson.
