It’s time to let your hair down, put on lots of scary makeup and dress to impress.
Join us for a 2-course meal, 5.30-8 pm, followed by the amazing Anne Dickson band playing all the classics from 9 pm-midnight.
This is a ticket only entry/event.

Do you have what it takes to be a bat? Drop in, self-led event aimed at family groups. Follow the marked trail and see if you can answer the questions and complete the course. Who is up for a Spooktacular journey around Wonderwood this October?
Starting from the 4th of October you might find some horrifying Halloween spectacles throughout Wonderwood from the Grim Reaper himself to a haunted Dracula’s bride. Watch out for Matilda’s mean sister Glinda she has something unusual brewing at Reception! Fancy joining in on this scarefest- why not come dressed for the occasion you never know what you might capture on your cameras!
‘Foam Day’ is definitely an October favourite!
Things will be a bit wilder than normal at the waterslides on the 31st of October. We like to end Spookfest in style with some fabulous foamy family fun! Have you ever wondered what it would feel like to zoom through a giant wall of foam- well come on down and experience it for yourselves?

JUDE CRAIG and guest artists Ali Johnston, Iva Petrvalska, Sandra Robertson and Susanna McLean have light and colourful art exhibitions and sales.
There are varied mediums including paintings, pastels, textiles and felting plus some unique JUDE CHI Colour healing art products including the “amazing double deck chair”.
It is free to enter and artists will be there each day to welcome you to browse the art work and multiple greetings cards to fit every occasion—lots of items at sale price with something for everyone.

A sensational series of new compositions by renowned Scottish fiddler, Paul Anderson, paintings by distinguished Scottish artist John Lowrie Morrison (Jolomo) and verse written by eminent Irish lyricist Francie Devine inspired by the Scottish Island of Iona.
This is the premiere of this new blend of arts. The event will include performances of the music and written word combined with Jolomo’s evocative paintings.

Bats are truly fascinating creatures and our only flying mammal. Come along and find out what bats eat, where they live and other interesting facts about these wonderful creatures as we wander through Grantown-on-Spey.
As with all ranger walks we will be enjoying fresh air, company and wildlife sights and sounds. There is some rough ground by the riverside. Families, adults and good dogs welcome! No unaccompanied children. Booking essential 24 hours beforehand.
It costs £9.73 per visitor to operate our Countryside Ranger Service. We make no charge for this event but we rely on your donations to help us protect our Highland wildlife and heritage.
Y Play is a safe space for babies to preschool children and their parents/careers to meet, play, have snack, coffee and chat in our informal setting. Look out for organised activities such as singing, baby massage and first aid.

Activity Description Join this regular local High Life Highland Countryside Rangers green health walk and help reconnect with the natural world. Enjoy some leisurely exercise, friendly company, great views, and fresh air. Different theme each walk – you choose?! All of our ‘short walks into nature’ series are generally flat, approximately an hour or so in length and suitable for all abilities and levels of fitness. Please disclose to your local ranger any medical or additional support needs you may have prior to the walk. Good dogs very welcome. Over 18’s only please.
