A regular visitor to the Highlands, this show will demonstrate Esther’s passion for the Cairngorm landscape. With just a few brushstrokes of oil paint, Esther brings the mountains and forests to life. These paintings capture the atmosphere of this special place.

After the success of our annual Christmas Fayre last year, we’re delighted to be hosting it again in 2026, this year Sunday, 6th December.

Each year as winter draws in around the Cairngorms, its mountains and forests turn into a magical winter wonderland. So what better place to host a cosy Christmas market than nestled amongst the Narnia-like pines at Badaguish?

We will have lots of stalls with a wide variety of gift ideas from local crafters and producers. From food & drink to Christmas homeware, something for everyone.

There will be hot food and drinks along with activities for the children before they meet Santa.

All the stallholders donate an item for our charity raffle, so lots of great prizes to be won on the day!

Last year we have over 30 confirmed stalls, and expect even more this year, including;

Mixed exhibition of photography and fine art showing our gallery artists including Bob Kinnaird, Douglas Spalding, Kirsty Ritchie and Janet Jamieson. Also crafts including tweed, glass, ceramics, jewellery and more.

18 stalls, local crafters selling their crafts, wood crafts, photography, art, embroidery & sewing, jewellery, award winning preserves and more…..

Come and join us for our annual service on the shores of Loch Garten to celebrate the Resurrection of Our Saviour Jesus Christ on Easter Sunday at 8.00am.

A short service with a couple of hymns led by the Rev Graham Atkinson.

Breedon Highland League: Strathspey Thistle FC v Fraserburgh FC, Seafield Park, kick-off 8pm (gates open 6.30pm). Parking (own risk) at ground and at Grantown-on-Spey Golf Club, by their kind permission. Overflow parking at Burnfield Avenue car park. Snack bar serving hot and cold food. Merchandise. Raffle drawn at half-time. Mackellar Suite open 6.45pm (adults 18+ who have paid admission at the main gate).

Everyone’s favourite Squirrel Club leader Hey Duggee will be visiting Landmark Forest Adventure Park for a special character appearance weekend.

Visitors to the park will have the chance to meet Duggee during appearances throughout the day and capture a memorable photo with the much-loved character.

Meeting Hey Duggee is included with regular park admission tickets, making it part of a fantastic family day out.
