When is this event?
A three hour guided birdwatching tour of some key local sites in and around the Cairngorms National Park. We?ll visit ancient Caledonian Pine Forest, secluded Lochs, open moorland and river habitat to try and see a wide variety of local species. Crested Tits, Crossbills, Osprey, Black-throated Diver, Red Grouse, Golden and White-tailed Eagles are possible as well as many more common species that havce now arrived for summer in the Highlands.This event is part of the Cairngorms Nature Festival which runs from 12 – 21 May 2023. It’s a ten day festival with over 80 exciting events across the Cairngorms National Park celebrating the incredible landscapes and nature found here.
