Butterfly Conservation work party: Habitat management for dingy skipper

This work party will be removing small regenerating trees and bushes by hand and using hand tools to prevent the shading out of bird’s-foot trefoil, the foodplant of dingy skipper caterpillars. Please let the organizer know in advance if you plan to attend. Bring lunch and wear old clothes. If you have them, bring work gloves.

Where is this event being held?

Meeting place: grid reference, NH946164; What3Words, rising.fatigued.farmers. This is 600m (0.4 miles) along a private road off the B970 between Street of Kincardine and Loch Pityoulish. The turn-off is 1.6km (1 mile) south of Street of Kincardine.
