Nethy Stables Glamping

We have two fully winterized glamping pods located on a horse farm in the heart of the Cairngorm National Park near Nethy Bridge.

Nethy Bridge is known as the forest village as it is situated on the edge of the Abernethy RSPB nature reserve. These are super luxury large glamping lodges, each featuring an open plan kitchen-sitting-room; a completely separate bedroom with walk around double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers; and a shower room with power shower.

There is a lovely deck where you can sip a glass of wine looking out over horses to the countryside of Strathspey.

All linen and towels are provided and a welcome pack to set your holiday off to a good stress-free start. Well behaved dogs are completely welcome at no additional cost.

There are miles and miles of tracks and paths to take your dogs for a walk and we can arrange horse riding on our other farm. We look forward to welcoming you to our peaceful corner of the World..

How to find us

Nethy Bridge is known as the forest village as it is situated on the edge of the Abernethy RSPB nature reserve. The reserve is the largest area of natural Scots Caledonian pinewood left in Scotland. We are about 2 miles from Loch Garten where Ospreys have been coming for many years to nest and raise their young. This is the perfect retreat if you enjoy peace and quiet, nature and deer and bird watching, or activity holidays like sailing, mountain biking, walking, horse riding and skiing in the Winter. The area abounds in wildlife and has been frequently featured on BBC Springwatch because of the richness of the ecosystem in the Cairngorms.
