The utility room is a great area for drying wet/ muddy boots and clothes and for dogs to sleep at night.

Nestled close to the Anagach Community woods but just minutes walk from all the shops and Grantown High Street. Though very close to the centre of Grantown on spey, the house is set back from the road so street noise is unnoticeable. 2 minutes walk into the woods is the Grantown link to the Speyside Way. The Anagach woods has a number of marked routes for short and longer walks. Hearthside is 10 minutes walk from the River Spey.
